Upskilling

National Personnel employees are working in various regions on various major infrastructure projects around the country. Ongoing upskilling of our own employees is important to NPL’s long term strategy. We want to keep our staff, train them well and offer Organisations a highly skilled, productive and safe workforce second to none. NPL staff working on the Puhoi to Warkworth roading project were given additional training off site to ensure their skill levels meet the needs of both the project & industry.
